1000sq foot (92 meter sq) photographic/video studio with 15ft (4.5m) high ceiling. This is a versatile daylight studio space with white walls and concrete floor. Studio is available for dry hire and wet hire - with photographic and video lighting and camera equipment available on request. Easy to black-out windows if required.

EVENTS HIRE

In the heart of Dalston - London's most creative district  - the venue is regularly transformed for arts exhibitions, fashion shows, magazine launch events and private parties. 

From caterers to cabaret we can also draw on our creative contacts to make your event shine.

With super high ceilings, plenty of daylight and exposed metal beam-work this events venue has a cool industrial feel, with plenty of room for 120 standing guests.

Ground floor location ensures easy access, plus there is an outdoors courtyard (and smoking area). WC, kitchen and backstage area included. Car park adjacent to site.

This is a space that looks great bare but the girder ceiling provides multiple hanging/dressing possibilities and the ability to totally transform the space – and even project your message onto the courtyard as guests arrive.
